I too had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these thieves. I was tricked into a 2 year contract at 40.00 a month, suddenly my bill is 80.00 a month, I went ahead and paid the thieves and completed my contract, after doing so, I cancelled, they refused to send a box to return the junk recievers that only worked half the time, and the remotes that stopped working, and part of the dish.
