Saturday morning oct 30 we woke up to an error message on our screen that said smart card is not inserted correctly..so obviously we thought somehow the smart card must of come out of the insert . so we took it out waited a few seconds then put the card back in. but didnt help still saw the errror message so we decided to unplug for 15 seconds then plug it back in still nothing.so our next step was to call tech support but they were no help @ all just simply told us that a technician could not fix the problem & we would have to wait for a... read full review »
