Direct TV has illegally charged my account almost $700 in cancellation fees because my credit card was used last on the account. The account is not even my account. I did a favor by helping a friend pay her bill. Direct TV indicated that by contract they can charge the last credit card on record. I never authorized them to deduct any fees other than the one time to help my friend. This is illegal. I have placed a complaint with the BBB.
