I signed up for 18 months of Urban Active gym time and paid the amount with a credit card. a year later I get a threatening phone call from a collection agency saying I owe money. When asked why, all they could say was "it was in your contract". Not a good answer - I am sure no one pointed it out. then I get an email saying I owe money and to call the local gym. I call and find out I owe money for a facilities fee. It's an ok gym but I am thinking I won't rejoin, you never really know what your final cost will be. Look up... read full review »
