I used Just answer once in July for a legal question. I agreed to pay $18 for the one time service. I have been billed $18 (unknowingly, since I have not paid attention to every charge on my account) the next 3 months. I was never told or agreed to a subscription for this website. I think they are running a shade tree business with the intention of getting over on people such as myself, who do not scrutinize their monthly statement closely.
