I have been an employee for UPS for the last 4 yrs. And the way that the treat their employees are UNHEARD of. I am forced to kiss ass just to save my job. Though he other workers who are known to be "FAVORITES" do nothing but make the job more and more complex. The union selects which set of people they want to protect, and leave the rest to dry. I want more than ever to quit but i have a family to PROVIDE for, and I also have plans in becoming a driver.
