I can't remember the exact date, however, I was called by Dish Pronto with this unbelievable deal for Dish Network service. However, because of holes in the conversation, I canceled the scheduled install date, however, I was charged what was referred to as a non-refundable processing fee. Then I told them that I was charged that fee on the night of the cancellation and they then changed this to a cancellation fee. I was only charged once but they switched their rationale for charging me. When I called Dish Network, they said they couldn't see where I was charged, therefore, I needed to take that up with Dish Pronto or contact an attorney. read full review »
