I reported on these unethical, scheming and ultimately illegal tactics on 11/17/2008 and am here again with an update. Once the dish network people made it clear that they did not care if they practice ripoff tactics, and after finishing talking to Gilbert Lopez at corporate dish network offices in Colorado, I decided to try to protect myself and my paltry checking account.
