Failure to respond to request for membership cancellation - This company has not been able to solve my record search problem. And they have given me the run-around in my requests to cancel membership and refund the membership fee. They simply reply with a email signed by a female and the female name changes with each reply. I have specifically requested the refund and the company has failed to address the request. The email messages refer to a CEO as the decision maker with no name or email contact address or phone number. read full review »
