About 12 hours after I ordered DSL service from Verizon, my phone went dead. The company told me my line got cut during "reprogramming". Twelve hours later, I'm still waiting for my phone to get back a dial tone. Worst part is the company didn't warn me this could happen. Had I known, I would never have ordered Verizon's DSL service. read full review »
