I was assaulted on the job and racially harassed by my CrossMark retail supervisor. I reported it immediately after it happen to the district supervisor by webmail and five days went by and she did not respond to my complaint. I sent her a second letter only to be retaliated against and she threatened to fire me if I took time off to deal with the situation.
