If you are fond of your money please do NOT subscribe to services with Cox communications in AZ. They are not honorable. I called in to get a vacation hold for 6 months. I asked for a confirmation number..was told that they don't give one and that they would take care of it..We had a death in the family. I completely forgot to check up on them..we pay the bill automatically. I trusted them to keep their end of the bargain..They did not!
