I received a call from a direct TV sales rep, asking me to return to Direct TV, and she could save me money from the plan that I had. She offered me a bundled plan quoting me an amount of $97.97 not including taxes. I accepted the offer. Once the service was connected I found out that I did not have a bundled service from your company. Only cable service. I would still be billed by Verizon for my internet and telephone, and no-one at Direct TV could quote these charges to me.
