Called in to subscribe to Direct TV. Agent said that I would qualify for the referring a friend discount as I mentioned about a friend. I gave all the info on that friend to her. She took it down and even gave me a quote saying that he and I will each get $10 discount a month for 10 months. So I went ahead with the installation, activated my account then saw on my bill that there was no $10 discount.
