I bought a Magic Jack last week to use in lieu of a home phone service. While I am able to make calls from this service, I am unable to receive calls. The customer service is via chat window only, is ill trained and essentially useless. I was told repeated and by multiple agents that the problem was on the part of other service providers, namely Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T, the 3 phones I called my Magic Jack number from. There is no way to get your money back (the $10+ I spent on a phone number) and hope to get the $40 back for the device... read full review »
