I travelled to Dominican Republic Oct 16th to the 19th, 2010. Royal Holidays sold me 10, 000 credits for travel for the next 30 years! When we returned home we were able to look over the contract and discovered things that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. I immediately contacted my credit card company to try and get my money back. They told me I needed to try to get a refund from the company first before filing a grievence. I have contacted the Dominican Republic Toursim office with no response yet. I also have contacted the Canadian conselate in Santa Domingo.
