I made a simple $.99 address inquiry for which they ended up charging me $6.21. The information I received was 10 years old and usless, becuse I already knew it, and more. When I called them to complain, their rep told me that all they guarantee is the information they have, not the accuracy nor the time frame; they would not refund my money. read full review »
