9-3-2010 I asked for a full refund ASAP because I have done my best to work through the problems I have experienced but now that I have started voicing my concerns I have found I am not the only one with issues with American Laser Centers.
First, I referred 2 people to American Laser Centers and I have not received 1 referral fee of $250. I was told in April to call the Referral Program Number 877-252-4006 and they said the fee had not been sent out but it was coming soon. Sent my Target check in to pay the bill & a customer service rep called the next day & I told him I paid the bill. He asked for the check amount and number to credit my account & the payment was taken from my bank twice. To make bad matters worse I left the country the next day so when I went to pay my hotel bill in Trinidad the money was not in my account. So I had to barrow money to get back into the US. I got a refund months later and stopped using the card in 1998. Now I am receiving phone calls from a collections agency that... read full review »

I had friends & family service with AT& T since 2002, before they became Cingular. My sister in Chicago (312 area code) was on my plan with my daughter (954 area code) and me (202 area code). Then Cingular said we had to have 3 separate services and 3 separate bills temporarily but we would be able to get back on a family plan soon. 2 years later I was still paying 2 separate bills while the company change back to AT&T.
