I bought HP cartrige C7115X from Stales. The drum is damaged. All the printed papers has many dark spots. I called HP technical support. They said that they can not do anything about it. Any time I have problem with the printer, HP representative always convince me to buy HP cartridge. Now, the cartridge has problem, even under the warrenty, they said that they can not do anyting about it. It is bad service. read full review »
