I ordered a birthday present from Walmart and it was shipped with missing pieces. They finally offered to ship a replacement (too late for the birthday). However, when they sent it, it was a completely different item from what I ordered and I had to ship it back. I still have the first item with the missing pieces which now they say are no longer available. In addition, I keep getting emails saying that they are going to charge my credit card again for the replacement order which I have already returned.
