no customer service just voice mail by Kathey that never get returned they go past the 10 day return policy so "LET THE BUYER BEWARE" I ALSO HAD SOME ITEMS ON LAYAWAY AND WHEN I GO THRU TO THE ACTUAL SHOW I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AND TOLD THEM I NO LONGER WANTED THE LAYAWAY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD PASS THIS INFO ON TO THE POWERS THAT BE BUT INSTEAD THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!! i reccived an item that i wanted to return--i called that same day and the customer service department is just a voice mail for someone named Kathy so i left numerous messages and emails but to no avail i had also put items in Jewelry Jail that i want to cancel and get my money back STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN FRAUDED THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL GET STUCK!!! read full review »
