We have been trying to get out of this bait and switch fraudulent low-life company since we purchased in 2003. We have recently been harrassed by phone telling us all late fees, one maintenance fee, and special assessment fee (the 2nd such since hurricane)would be cancelled if we pay the 2009, 2010, and 2011 maint. fee within in 24 hours.
