In Hawaii I had bought a Jeep on EBay and clicked on a add for HSBC to finance it. I was sent clear title for the Jeep and with in a year sold the Jeep and paid HSBC a lump sum that was almost the whole amount owed. Then I paid it off completely. They said I must continue full coverage on the Jeep, I informed them it was not in my name and I could not legally insure it.
