After cancelling my membership and receiving a confirmation from Intelius on Nov. 5th 2010, today 11-23-10 I have found on my checking account this morning when checking it online that they have deducted the $19.95 from my account again. I've tried to call and all I got was a voice message saying they were unable to take calls today and that I could email them. What a head ache just to cancel a membership. read full review »
