Before considering US Bancorp (US BANK) for investments, watch out for exorbitant fees. Since I have a checking and savings account with US Bancorp (US Bank), I decided in October 2009 to take out a Roth IRA with US Bank Investments. In October 2010, I found out there was a $40 annual fee for the IRA account. I also have an IRA with Vanguard and their $20 annual fee is waived if one goes paperless.
