Owner of the company Jim has no idea what he is doing, when he came to my home I questioned him about installing the DVR and do you know how to set them up, his reply was I’ve been doing this for over 20 year’s? Owner of the company Don has no idea what he is doing, very lethargic in his time management, had my computer for 3 day’s just to remove some virus, returned it stating everything was removed, but still was unable to reinstall Internet Explorer, charged $250. I contacted another computer company they came right out, reinstalled Internet Explorer, and said you had a lot of virus on the computer, which they removed. Still Suffering from Procedure, it’s been over 8 year’s now since I went under the knife with Hair Club for Men. Not only was the procedure extremely painful, but also at the time of the procedure the doctor cut a nerve and I have constant pain and numbness on the left side of my head. I went back and the doctor stated he would have to cut again and suture where they cut it and this may, but no guarantees that the numbness would dissipate, and they wanted to charge me again for their mistake. I received the Bell & Howell Solar Motion Activated Animal Repeller and after letting it stand in the sun for 24 hr's like the instructions say to do? My neighbor and his dog came over and I was standing talking with him when it came to me that the dog was right in front of the Animal repeller and it did not affect the dog at all, so I called and they told me to let it stay in the sun for a few days and it should work, I asked for an RMA and they hung the phone up, called again and they put me on hold, so needless to say I'm stuck with this defective box. read full review »
