In December I ordered a service package from Dish. It was listed at 29.95 per month. I signed a two year contract. My first bill arrived and bottom line was that the rate was 39.95 I called to complain, they said there was a provision that they could raise the rate at anytime. I indicated I'd had the service for less that two months, and I ordered it because it was the least expensive available.
