I have spent two hours on the phone, uncounted hours on the internet, and several interrupted chats trying to get answers to the following questions: Where is my download going? Why does my account say I've exceeded download when no one has been on the internet? Why does my purchased "extra Tokens" disappear two minutes after I use them?
