In October I telephoned Direct TV sales to enquire about the 'Cricket Ticket' After speaking with a sales person and supervisor I bought an HD package and Cricket Ticket. On installation (by a very surely individual) I found no Cricket. I telephoned customer services and spoke to a number of people including the international dept.
