A gentleman named Kevin that worked in appliances answered the phone. In getting the details of what I was calling about, he acted so put out and irritated that I couldn't feed him word for word exactly what he needed to know. I knew it was entered on the computer, so when I asked if he was using a computer, he REALLY acted ticked. I told him it was the second time I had encountered a rude person at that store.
