I have been trying to straighten out payment application errors with my student loans since August. I have beenm assurred sevceral times that the matter would be resolved, but so far it has not. The Call Centers are in California, but the payment processing center (Borrower Services) is in Texas. They do not seem to be able to effectively communicate with each other.
