In april of 09 I had Ives techs come to sweep my chimney.In the process they informed me that I had problems and needed a chimney liner.I had the work performed at a substantial cost to me . A year later I had another chimney tech come to clean the chimney for the winter . As a result when he began the task he inserted his broom into the chimney and came up with the liner I had previously had installed.
