I called today to find out the procedures of my lease ending. Thank God I called several months ahead of time. My small business is closing and I wanted to get everything in order and squared away to make everything smooth. I found out that my lease was a Fair Market lease (not their fault, the sellers and ultimately mine). However, when I informed them that I would just turn that machine back in, I was promplty informed that I was responsible for shipping it to them (WHAT??).
