My DVR spontaneously stops working. I inquire about a replacement...The only money obligation offered up front, is that they wanted to notify me that I would be expected to pay a $20 shipping fee. I am also told to send in my broken one. I had bought the DVR at BestBuy, I repeated this several times..wondering why my replacement would only require $20? WELL, upon speaking to another agent..
