Ordered a window from Home Depot. The window was manufactured by an Anderson Company called American Craftsman. I wrote the Anderson Company a letter detailing the issues and never received a response. The windows were shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse. Received window and it was the wrong model. Had to package and send back. Received another window and it was the wrong size. Had to package and send back.
