Read the fine print on their "money back guarantee" It does not include items on " sale". All of their coast are on "sale"! My husband purchased me a long shearling coat last year for Christmas 2009. But the sleeves were really tight so we return it right away, at our cost. No other coats were to our liking, so they issued us a Purchase Certificate.
