I am being harrasssed by NCO Financial (Google them - I'm not the first victim). An online "T-Mobile" authorized Representative who seemed to be offering a fairly decent T-Mobile plan to switch my five family plan phones to Androids. I was to have a period of time to cancel after the phone arrived, a little searching revealed no cancellation if a phone was activated.
