Old DVR stopped working so I went to Comcast for a new one. They gave me a Cisco RNG200. I've has it for 2 weeks now and the OnDemand service does not work. Techs have visited the house twice. Each time they tell me that the DVR cannot get an IP Address and that the trouble is with the network. Each time I was told that an outside tech was working on the problem. Also told that other customers are having the same problem. I need Comcast to supply a DVR that is compatible with their network. read full review »
