Placed an order online on 12/10/2010 and paid through Paypal, and according to Paypal the order has never been processed. Have send 2 emails and made 4 phone calls for customer service and I am not getting any response. Customer Service is non-existent. You call the 877 number then select option 2 to check on your order status, no one answers and you are put on hold, you have to listen to annoying old plays by the Dallas Cowboys for 3-5mins. then sent to voicemail to leave a message. On 12/7/2010 I ordered a MyTouch 4G phone from Wirefly.com with the renew contract option for current T-mobile customers and to add unlimited web access for $30. Around 10am I received a text message from T-mobile stating that my web access had been update and to check my account if I did not make the change. Well, I knew this was okay for Wirefly to do, but I thought I would check my T-mobile account online to check for the updates.
