First, he couldn't get my wall-mounted TV off the wall. Then, he took it away to diagnose the problem. Couldn't find anything wrong. Then, he "remembered" that another customer had the same problem (green screen, then black screen/no picture), and that the cable TV box was the problem. Sure enough, that was it. (Wish he'd "remembered" that before I paid him.) Then, he hung it back on the wall off-center. Unfortunately, I realized this after he'd left.
