A guy called late one night and had a sales pitch, "If is too good to be true, it probably isn't true " He was selling magaazines, the total bill is $208.14. The company charged my visa card $69.38 in November, the second payment will be billed in December 2010, and the thrd payment in January 2011. I did not sign any contract.
