I have an automatic payment scheduled for cablevision to take my bill out of my checking account every month on the due date. This month for some reason the automatic payment did not work and a rep from cablevision called and said to make one time payment. I tried to do that online and the website was having technical issues so i called. the rep said my balance was actually 84 because i got a 21 dollar credit when i downgraded to basic. so i paid the 84 with a check he said my balance was zero. then the next night, which was saturday into... read full review »
