This company unilaterally doubles home insurance coverage in error and then refuses to provide a credit for the amount of the overcharge even after they admit to overbilling. It seems unbelievable they could just unilaterally increase a premium by so much without a specific notification of the change but they say it is mentioned in their 8 page policy renewal sent out once a year.
