I returned a pair of nikon premier lxl 10 x 42 binoculars, new value about $1000, to the new jersey factory service. That was back in july '10. Despite repeated phone calls, i've been informed that the factory cannot replace the binoculars within a specific time. For the past five months I've been given the line that new stock has yet to arrive from japan, The company cannot repair them either.
