I bought something online and it shipped via UPS. I hadn't received the package so naturally I went online to track it and found it it was "delivered" the previous week. When I called to find out where the package was all they said was that it was left at the front door and confirmed by the driver. Now to understand why I feel this is unethical, I must state that I live in an apartment building that you cannot access without a key to get passed the front door.
