In the last 2 years, I have suffered terrible incompetence from my local drug store. It began in July 2009, when I was given the wrong refill in a mislabeled bottle. I brought the incorrect bottle back, but not before taking an unsafe dose of the incorrect medicine. After that, I checked my medications carefully prior to taking them home.
