Received the 1x44 CAROL BURNETT AND FRIENDS complete TV Series on DVD which were damaged. Skipping, fuzzy, freezing and contacted them about procedure to get a refund as they were bought for a gift and could not be used. Instead of directions, they thought it might be the DVD that was the problem. They charged my credit card before the cd's were even mailed. Unbeknown to me they came out of China and I had another charge put on my credit card. read full review »
