called verizon in regards to my husband's phone not working(able to upgrade in 2 months) was told i could get replacement phone ordered phone received phone opened only to find out it was a used phone that had been refurbished was not told this at time of order had i have been told i would have declined and purchased a trac phone i paid $75.00 for a used one and was told by a verizon employee that there was nothing that could be done short of sending phone back (which would not had to happen if i was told in the first place) i do believe... read full review »
