Fellow Complaints Board Members, RL Stevens is no longer in business. They did close their doors on 31 Jan 11. I don't know yet if he filed bankruptcy or just took his ball and went home. I am still in touch with my rep, whom I like as a person, and she is now unemployed. She confirmed the business closure. The bad news, I suspect, is that none of us will ever see a penny from Mr. Stevens. On the other hand, he reaped what he has sown. I'm sure some legal actions against RL Stevens will continue.
