My messages are not sent from my airtel number since last night and when today in the morning I tried to call customer care several times, the call gets cut at the moment when the computerized voice says the call is bring transfered to customer care executive. This is annoying and moreover it said I have exceeded the number of trial to the customer care. to connect to call somebody I have to dial at least 5 times before its connected. why do they have customer care service if they are not willing to serve people? read full review »
